Project Overview

This residential project in Marayong involved the renovation and internal reconfiguration of an existing dwelling, together with the construction of a new detached studio at the rear of the property.

The scope of works included demolition of the existing detached garage, alterations to the main dwelling, reconfiguration of internal living areas, refurbishment of finishes and construction of a self-contained detached studio with bathroom amenities.

The works were developed to improve the functionality of the existing residence, strengthen the connection between internal and external living areas and provide additional independent accommodation within the property.

The detached studio was designed as a separate structure while maintaining consistency with the scale, roof form, materials and architectural character of the existing dwelling.
