Project Overview

This Mosman project involved the demolition of the existing dwelling and the design and construction of a new two-storey residence by Prudential Construction.

The residential design was prepared by Maurizio Phalomeke on behalf of Prudential Construction. The project was later included in the professional experience assessed as part of his BDAA Accredited Building Designer – Low Rise

The design responded to the site conditions, local planning controls, building height constraints and the functional requirements of the occupants.

The completed residence included open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas, an internal staircase, bedrooms and bathrooms, a master suite with walk-in robe and ensuite, garage and storage spaces, external decks and associated building works.

The internal layout was developed to improve circulation, natural light and the connection between the main living spaces and the outdoor areas.
