Project Overview

This Rose Bay project involved extensive remedial and restoration works across four interconnected buildings comprising 20 residential and five commercial lots.

The scope addressed rising damp, water ingress, deteriorated render, ageing windows and lintels, concrete spalling, balcony leaks, roof defects and damaged internal finishes.

Works included the repair of more than 1,700 m² of external render, replacement of over 125 timber windows with aluminium-framed units, concrete repairs, balcony waterproofing, parapet reconstruction, roofing works, plumbing and drainage upgrades, façade sealing and repainting.

Internal remediation included tiling, timber reveal repairs, repainting and restoration of areas affected by dampness and water penetration.

Prudential Construction managed the works within an occupied residential and commercial complex, coordinating the project to minimise disruption while improving the building’s durability, weather resistance and overall condition.
